Cycling and loving it
A regular column in Ride On, Women's Spin offers an informal and personal take on bike riding by women who do a lot of it, and love it.

A tag-along effectively converts your bike to a tandem, making it an ideal way to cycle with young kids. Our comprehensive account of what to consider before purchasing should be read by anyone who wants to take a young child on a bike.
Why do so many women find it difficult to find a bike that fits? Why does it matter? Our extensive guide explains the facts about women's fit and how to get the best size bike for you.
Kids love getting out on the bike as much as we do, but how old should they be? And which is better: a trailer or a seat? We've answered all your questions about carrying kids on bicycles.
